🚗 Parking (optional)

Your parking space is located on the 5th floor, spot No. 19 (5A19). Vehicles must be registered with the front desk to obtain a parking pass. Please adhere to garage speed limits. In order to obtain the pass the following is required.

  • Plate number
  • Color
  • Make and model

🔑 Entry instructions

A code will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp to unlock the August device and access the apartment keys and FOV (smart key device for elevator and amenities access). This code is sent to the person who placed the reservation.

🏢 Unit Details

This one-bedroom unit accommodates up to 6 guests. It features 2 beds in the main room and 2 sofa beds in the living room. Bedding for the sofa beds is located in the gray ottoman.

🏓 Amenities

  • Pools and Jacuzzi: Located on the 14th floor. Food and drinks allowed 3 feet away from the pool. No glass in the pool deck area.
  • GYM: Proper exercise attire required. Cardio and weight areas available.
  • Game Room and Sauna: Equipment available at the front desk with ID or passport as collateral.

📦 Packages

Package room service is available 24/7. Only packages for registered individuals will be accepted. Contact the association for packages over 60 lbs.

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Located opposite the elevators. Recycling and box disposal areas are behind the mail room on the first floor.
