- Parties are NOT allowed. Quiet time begins at 11:00 p.m. We will be notified if there’s very loud noise or a party is going on.
- NO smoking in any area of the apartment (interior and balcony).
- Candles are NOT allowed.
- Food is NOT allowed in the bedroom and living room.
- Please DO NOT move any furniture from its place.
- Relax and take off your shoes where you find rugs in the apartment.
Sand is NOT allowed in any area Additional cleaning fee $90 USD if dirt or sand is found on the carpet. - Do NOT accumulate garbage. We all love neat places, so take out the trash before you leave.
- Make sure the door is locked every time you leave the apartment.
- Towels are exclusive to the apartment. Not for pool or beach.
- DO NOT use decorative pillows for sleeping. Put them on top of the desk or bean bag chair before going to bed.
- ONLY whoever is on the previously filled application can have access to the building and the apartment. No other visitors allowed.
- You can NOT decorate the apartment without our consent of any type of celebration (birthday, bachelorette, graduation, anniversary, etc).
- DO NOT use bleach or cleaning products in the tub. If it is damaged by having placed a chemical product, $250 USD will be charged
- DO NOT turn off the internet or television. If you have trouble connecting, please contact us, we can always help you
- If you want to open the balcony doors, please turn off the air conditioning. Fees will apply if it breaks down to $600.
- Stained or damaged sheets, blankets, pillows or towels will have a charge of $30 USD each piece.
- If you break something take a picture for evidence and send it to me.
- You may not use the address to got packages. Uber Eats only.
